The Board of Trustees of Lady Magic Girls Softball, Inc. is solely responsible for operation of the organization as a whole and the administration of the California Non-Profit Corporation (#2356127). Lady Magic Girls Softball, Inc. is registered with the California Attorney General’s Registry of Charitable Trusts (#115144). Upon incorporation, documents were filed (including corporate bylaws, Corporate Trustee designations and Trustee disclosures) as required by law with the United States Internal Revenue Service. As a result, the Lady Magic Girls Softball Corporation was granted federal tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
